Hotel Lux Aquapark - Poltava

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room wasnice and neat, with dark curtains that helped us get a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the kids aqua park, perfect for families.

The breakfast was good and affordable. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area, close to public transportation and tourist sites. The free Wi-Fi signal was strong and fast.

The hotel needs some serious renovation. The carpets were stained and frayed, the walls were dirty and marked.

This hotel is ideal for families with pets. You will enjoy stunning pictures of beautiful ladies that could remind you of the 60s Chicago. rooms are comfortable, with an original bed, comfy pillows, and dark curtains. You will never be disturbed by light and thus enjoy a good night's sleep. the shower has hot water with decent water pressure. You can request breakfast delivery to your room at your desired time. the staff provides excellent service.

The hotel's restaurant staff can be a bit lazy and may take too much time.

We enjoyed the unique design and classy old-style furniture of the hotel, as well as the comfortable beds with silk bedclothes. the breakfast delivered to the room was a great touch and very much appreciated. the inner yard with the aqua park was a fun activity for families with children.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as wardrobes and TVs with cable. the distant and unequipped toilets were not convenient.

Unique design, nostalgic ambiance, stylish furniture, dark curtains for a peaceful sleep, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The hotel and room were incredibly comfortable, providing us with enhanced luxury and relaxation. The noise from the road was completely blocked out, thanks to the high-quality windows. The room itself was beautifully designed, with a unique 60s-inspired decor that added a touch of glamour to our stay. The dark curtains in the room ensured that we had a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep, and the silk bed clothes were not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, with hot water always available. We even had the option to request a sauna and small pool, which further enhanced our experience. The kids aqua park in the inner yard was a great bonus, giving us the opportunity to have fun and enjoy quality time with our children. The breakfast, which was delivered to our room, was delicious. We particularly loved the fried eggs and bacon. the service was exceptional, and the hotel was immaculately clean.
